Louisville Restaurant
I've now given this restaurant out to two people, and its just easier to find the info again if I've blogged on it. ;) If you're in the Lousiville area, or visiting/driving through, check out this place. You get a great meal for your money! We visted on the way down to the Smoky Mountains and we liked it so much, we stopped on our way back, too! :)

Everything we had was good, but my recommendations would be: house ranch salad dressing if you get a salad (it is ranch mixed with cottage cheese and garlic), their Filet Mandarin which is only 18.99! (marinated in teriyaki and grilled- very tender and flavorful, comes with come well-seasoned skillet fried potatoes), and their chocolate raspberry mousse cake!
